  • Harass, threaten, or exploit other users.
  • Record or distribute video calls without clear consent.
  • Misuse the platform for spam, fraud, or data scraping.
  • Use VPN/proxies to bypass geo-restrictions.

5. Virtual Coins / Payments

  • Any purchase of coins or credits is non-refundable, unless required by law.
  • Coins cannot be converted back to real money.
  • Fraudulent transactions may result in account suspension.

6. Content Ownership

  • You retain rights to content you create.
  • By using Miracall, you grant us a license to operate and display your content within the platform.
  • Miracall does not own your personal data; we process it according to the Privacy Policy.

7. Video Call Rules

  • Miracall may monitor or scan sessions for safety and policy enforcement.
  • Abusive or explicit behavior may lead to permanent bans.
  • Network quality is the user’s responsibility.

8. Safety

  • Avoid sharing sensitive personal information.
  • End any call that feels unsafe.
  • Report inappropriate behavior.

9. Service Availability

  • Miracall may add, remove, or modify features at any time.
  • Service may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or external issues.
  • We are not liable for service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Miracall is not liable for user-generated content or user behavior.
  • We are not liable for loss of data, service downtime, or third-party issues.
  • No liability for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

11. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time.
  • Miracall may terminate accounts violating laws or platform rules.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indonesian law unless you specify a different jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

Miracall may update these Terms anytime. Continued use indicates acceptance.
